Frequently asked questions
When do I get paid?
A commission clears the holding period (see Commission holding period above), then it sits in your dashboard balance. Once your balance reaches the minimum payout, you request it from your dashboard and pick how it goes out: store credit, or bank transfer or Payoneer if cash is open on your tier. We send every payout by hand, so nothing goes out on a schedule.
What is the commission holding period?
A commission does not become payable the moment an order ships. We hold it for a set number of days, the same window we give customers to return an order or fix a sizing mistake, so a paid-out commission is never one we have to claw back.
What happens if the customer returns the order?
If an order is returned or cancelled inside our 30-day return window, the commission tied to it is reversed. If that happens after we have already paid you, we net it against your next payout instead of asking for anything back.
When do I need to fill out a tax form?
Only before your first cash payout. We ask you to confirm your tax status with a W-9 if you are based in the US, or a W-8BEN if you are outside the US, and cash payouts stay closed until that form is with us. Store credit payouts do not need a tax form at all. If your form carries an expiry date, cash payouts pause again from that date until you send a current one, whatever you have earned that year. US persons may receive a 1099-NEC where the law requires it.
