Share Your Creation & Get Rewarded — Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The Estako Creator Rewards Program (“Program”) rewards customers who share their Estako yarn creations on social media. By participating, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 18 or older worldwide
• Must have a public Instagram or TikTok account
• First-time reward: No purchase required
• Returning rewards: Requires a valid Estako order (minimum $50 subtotal, placed within the last 6 months, not refunded)

3. How to Participate

1. Create a project using Estako yarn
2. Post a photo or video on Instagram or TikTok
3. Tag @estakoyarn (IG) or @estakoyarns (TT) and use #MadeWithEstako
4. Submit your post at estakoyarns.com/apps/rewards
5. Keep your post public for at least 2 days (first-time) or 5 days (returning)
6. Receive your discount code via email after approval

• Valid for 30 days from date of issue
• Single use only — one code per transaction
• Minimum order: $50.00 (product subtotal)
• Redeemable only at estakoyarns.com
• Cannot be combined with other discount codes
• Applies to product subtotal (excludes shipping and taxes)
• Non-transferable and has no cash value

6. Submission Limits

• One reward per calendar month (UTC timezone)
• One active submission at a time
• Each post URL may only be submitted once
• Each order number may only be used once for a reward

7. Content Requirements

• Estako yarn label must be clearly visible in the photo/video
• Project must show meaningful progress or be completed
• Photo/video must be clear, well-lit, and in focus
• Content must be your own original work
• Account must be public at the time of review
• No copied, stolen, or AI-generated content

8. Review Process

• All submissions are manually reviewed by our team
• First-time submissions: reviewed within 24 hours
• Returning submissions: reviewed within 48 hours
• We may request revisions (up to 3 times) if minor fixes are needed
• We reserve the right to approve or reject any submission at our sole discretion

9. Content License

By submitting content to the Program, you grant Estako Yarn a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your submitted content across all media channels, including but not limited to:

• Our website (product pages, galleries, homepage)
• Social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest)
• Email marketing campaigns
• Digital and print advertising
• Promotional materials

You confirm that you are the original creator of the submitted content and that it does not infringe on any third party’s rights. This license survives deletion of your personal data.

10. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to reject or revoke rewards if we detect:

• Fake, stolen, or AI-generated content
• Duplicate submissions (same post URL or order number)
• Multiple accounts by the same person
• Content that does not use genuine Estako yarn
• Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the program

Flagged accounts may be permanently excluded from the program.

11. Program Modifications

Estako Yarn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Share & Reward program, including but not limited to reward percentages, eligibility criteria, minimum order requirements, monthly limits, and all other program rules, at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Continued participation in the program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
